Brittany, a graduate of Chapin High School, started her dance career at the age of two at her mother’s studio, Rhythm & Cheer, in Springfield, Virginia. She is a former Junior, Senior, Duet, and Team National Champion throughout national competitions on the east coast. She has performed at the Kennedy Center, RFK Stadium, and Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. After moving to the Chapin area in 2007, Brittany studied under names such as Nick Lazzarini, Mandy Moore, and Travis Wall. She currently consults and adjudicates high school and college dance teams throughout the north and southeast regions. Brittany assisted her mom in forming the Chapin Dance Team program in 2011 and has been coaching the teams since. 

Brittany attended the University of South Carolina where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Nursing. After graduation, she accepted a job in the Emergency Department at Prisma Health Richland, where she still currently works. She is a Trauma Certified Registered Nurse and the hospital’s 2018 Trauma Nurse of the Year.  

Hayley Olecheck is a 2017 graduate of Chapin High School.  Like her sister, she also started her dance career at the age of two at her mother’s studio, Rhythm & Cheer, in Springfield, Virginia. She is a four-time Capitol City Dance Solo Champion, a four-time EDA National Solo winner, a former Junior and Senior UDA Regional Solo winner, and a 2017 Top Ten finalist for the prestigious Contest of Champions National Dance Team Championship at Disney World. Hayley was a member on the first Chapin Middle School dance team in 2011 and served as a captain in the Chapin Girls Dance program for 6 years, winning 6 consecutive UDA All-American titles.

Hayley graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2021 with a degree in Elementary Education. While attending the University of South Carolina, she was a member of the nationally ranked USC dance team, the Carolina Girls. She is in her 7th year coaching the Chapin Dance Teams. Hayley is also an NFL Cheerleader for the Carolina Panthers and was chosen as the 2022-2023 Rookie of the Year. 

Nicole Urbany is a 2017 graduate of Chapin High School and has over 15 years of dance training. Nicole studied classical ballet under the direction of Cynthia Dewar, Shirly Ann Crew, and Erin Elizabeth Morton at SCCDT. As a ballet soloist, Nicole received all gold Performance Awards from the American Academy of Ballet for three consecutive years.

Nicole was a member on the first Chapin Middle School dance team in 2011.  She served as co-captain during her junior and senior years on the varsity team. She is a five-time UDA All-American receiving an invitation to be on the UDA staff her Senior year. She is in her 7th year as a Chapin Girls Dance Team Coach.  Nicole currently attends the University of South Carolina where she is pursuing a degree in Nursing.
